Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band centered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life loved one, Spencer Smiths (drums), which includes their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
